The chatbot was integrated with Google Sheets to track and retrieve the live status of enquiries and purchase orders (POs). Technical teams update the data directly in the system, enabling clients to securely view the current status of their enquiry or PO using a unique reference number and authorization code. This solution improved transparency, reduced manual follow-up, and streamlined coordination between technical, sales, and client-facing teams.Â
